As of Friday, July 24, a total of 363,696 Westchester residents - approximately 36 percent of Westchester’s population - have been tested with less than 10 percent (35,700) testing positive.
In the past 24 hours, 4,805 new COVID-19 tests were administered.
There have been 1,443 COVID-19-related deaths in the county since the pandemic hit the region. No new deaths were reported overnight.
Of the COVID-19 cases in Westchester, approximately 400 remain active and are still being monitored within the two-week timeframe before being declared rid of the virus.

Since the pandemic began, there have been 5,444,845 New Yorkers tested for COVID-19, with 410,450 testing positive for the virus. There have been 25,090 COVID-19 deaths since March.
